The Lower Level of Harwood House contains 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, a 630-sq. ft. family room with a dining area in front of a wall of windows, a small but fully equipped kitchen, a separate laundry room, and a 10x12-ft pantry/storage room. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a large walk-in closet and its own en suite bath. The two other bedrooms (one with a queen bed and one with twin beds) share a bath containing a shower and a whirlpool tub. The two front bedrooms, located at opposite ends of the house, have wide French doors that open onto large covered tiled porches with rockers – an ideal place to spend the day when all you want to do is put up your feet, relax, and enjoy the view.
