Arvinda Vacation Rental

Mountain Cabin on Toccoa River with mountain view in the Suches area. River Forest is 11 acres with 600’ directly fronting the Toccoa River and is a series of three and two unit condominiums directly on GA Hwy 60. Arvinda is actually an end unit townhouse next to an on site pond and waterfall. The unit includes a carport in back and a large front porch looking down to the Toccoa River and nearby mountains. Arvinda is a two story, two bedroom, two and a half bath with a large loft unit. Fully furnished with stairs accessing the upstairs bedroom, loft and bath. Bring your own food and personal items, calling card and feel right at home. You can hear the waterfall, see wildlife, hike, fish and tube without leaving the property.

Accommodations: Fully furnished: central heat & air; fireplace; two queen beds & a queen air mattress; small kitchen appliances; and washer and dryer.

Amenities:Two television (s), satellite receiver, DSL high speed internet service and a DVD/VCR player; washer & dryer; kitchen has refrig, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, toaster, dishes, silverware; telephone for local and toll free calls; bedrooms have linens; bathrooms have towels; two rocking chairs and small charcoal grill on front porch.

Rates: Daily $115, two night minimum on weekends
     Weekly $650, seven nights
              Above rates include 4 persons ($10 a day for each added guest).
     Reservation/security/cleaning deposit $100.  We request the  reservation/security deposit accompany the application.
(If you cancel more than 15 days in advance the reservation/security deposit will be refunded.) If you stay at the cabin the same
           $100 will serve as the security deposit.  The non-refundable $75 cleaning fee will be subtracted from the deposit.
     Full payment of rental fees due before occupying unit.
     Holiday and October rates higher.
     Check-in 3:00 pm and Check-out 11:00 am
